Lead generation is kind of a bad word in marketing! You buy “leads” or interested people, from marketing campaigns run by a more or less “faceless” entity. Somehow the entity figures out they want a certain price per lead. Usually this doesn’t go as well as you’d like because “leads” or potential clients want to know like and trust you – or someone on the other end of the marketing!
How can lead generation work well?
There are law firms who do not want to do their own marketing. And with lead generation, that means that they are not paying a big referral fee to another law firm who will partake in a fee splitting arrangement.
The best way for us to work with you in lead generation is for you to work with us but we use all our best on-camera talent to speak your message. We don’t need to use your firm’s brand on the front end, but we take what we know has worked well in other geographic areas and place it in your area.
This can work well too. But we don’t have a set payment per lead. We usually work on a six month basis to get it all setup and see how you and we like the work together. We only like to work on successful campaigns if possible! And we’ll do everything in our power to make sure they are successful.
