Lawyer Stress Relief Break
Hey Lawyers… practicing law can be stressful… this video is about taking a break, and giving you a little breath of fresh air and a moment which can bring you back to your clients better than ever..
Meet my dog Winifred… “Winnie” for short. I hope she can relieve a stressful day for you too.
Sometimes watching Winnie snore will relieve the stress we have at GoMedia Marketing & Productions!
Sure it’s a lot of fun here too… and our ‘stress’ is nothing compared with what you go through to handle your cases, often helping those in the darkest times of their lives. Blessings to you all!
Here at GoMedia Marketing & Productions our “stress” is being responsible for the health and well being of entire law firms (plural) – being 100% sure at all times that you find success meeting the right clients, and making your work life easier!
Having been helping law firms an entire life means holding campaigns, media production, data… and thinking of the ‘senior partner’ or solo guy (who needs the strategy to work no matter what) in my heart and mind every day.
So time to relax is very important for one and all!
I got Winnie just in time to co-star in Mike Sullivan’s TV spot.
Mike had talked for a couple of years about the dog eating the denial papers in a commercial. He was coming out to film, and I found Winnie on Craigslist in San Jose. I was thinking about getting a dog for a long while and the timing turned out to be perfect.
Ever since, having this little ‘piggy‘ has been one of the best stress relievers. No matter what’s coming up, there’s Winnie having a little snore which tells me all is right in the world.
I hope you find your own way to know “Everything’s Gonna be Alright” (Bob Marley) too, and that you find love and joy in your law practice.
If you watched this (out of character) video today… I hope Winnie has relieved some of your stress so you can go out and fight a good fight another day for your clients who need you so much.
We’ll go back to growing and streamlining law firms in the next video.

P.S.
Ok… can’t help giving one teeeenie lil’ marketing tip….
If you worry about being yourself in your marketing and media, on your website, etc. People will trust you more, and want to work with you more when you show them your authentic self.
Data here at GoMedia Marketing & Productions shows being a “cookie cutter” lawyer gets much lower results when it comes to the right people responding.
It can be scary to be your true self in your outward facing media, but it’s worth it to have those who don’t get it “self-select” out. Then you’re left with those who truly matter (and you get more clients).

Go Media Marketing has top class support, Ned helped me understand how using video matters. Once we grew bigger we had Go Media Marketing do our videos – & blog for us. Mary Cary came to film us in Nebraska and I also came out to film with GoMedia Marketing in Sausalito. I stayed in San Francisco. Thank you! Highly recommended!

I have had GoMedia Marketing film engineering firms all over the United States for us all around the area of STEM Careers. We also have them build our websites and marketing strategies. Mary Cary went with a crew to film Dean Kamen and his young engineers in New Hampshire twice. We’re very happy with their kindness and help.

I have worked on a number of projects with Mary. Mary built a stunning website for the San Diego market which she then search optimized. It was different and original rather than something cheap looking from an iphone. We wanted the ability to film anytime. Mary and her team came to us on site and built a video studio. She taught us about gear, sound, lighting, scripting, presentation and how to present on camera. When her program was completed she left the tools and know-how to produce professional in-house marketing videos for any platform at anytime. Mary is a pro and you will love working with her.

I met Mary Cary when she was speaking at a Conference. She said YouTube was the 2nd biggest search engine in the world. I wasn’t utilizing the second biggest search engine in the world. We filmed over a hundred videos with Mary. She built our website when we had 2 employees, at this point in time, we have over 120 employees! Thank you!
