Should You Be Your Law Firm Brand? (Pros & Cons)
How should you know if you should be your own law firm brand? In this video I’m giving you some ideas and ways to look at whether or not you should be on camera and become the brand of your firm. There are compelling reasons not to do so, as well as a strong argument to be the brand.
I have met plenty of lawyers at the American Association for Justice meetings who are perfectly happy to stay under the radar so they remain a surprise to jurors. And then again we have those who love marketing & advertising and are happy to be on camera and known in their city as the TV lawyer.
Neither approach is wrong! In fact, the “under the radar” lawyer often gets his best cases from the marketing and advertising lawyer paying her the referral fee in accordance with her State Bar Association.
