Creating regular content for you has been challenging at times! I’m mainly used to creating your content rather than mine! Because I’m actually working too, (I have my beloved clients), and I’m building a law firm in LA for my family as well as possibly marching toward my own J.D. I’ve been studying very hard and I thrive off of hearing that this content is meaningful for you and makes a difference.

First of all, video is a great stress relief outlet for so many of my law firms. The job of helping people can be super stressful while being so fulfilling. In the beginning I only wanted to be sure I got you clients with your videos, and slowly over many years, I realized having fun is important too.

So for those watching/listening…  let’s go look at 2 outtake videos I created for a couple of my absolute favorite law firm clients! (you’re going to laugh so hard!)

I’m sorry you can hear me in the background of Sullivan’s video being so strict with everyone! But we do have fun.

So if you want clients, educate your viewing audience. Add value to their lives about what they should do next when they think they need an attorney… and of course have some fun!

6 tips for “How to Enjoy Filming Law Firm Videos (that Get Clients)”

1. Always keep the set super positive and fun!
2. Have the cast (other than the on-screen lawyers), and crew coached ahead of time about making hand signals when something goes wrong because gear can sometimes have issues.
3. When something is wrong or malfunctioning, just tell everyone to “take 10” or however long you’ll need to get things right again.
4. Always have backup gear if possible
5. Be sure you’re shooting at the right time for your on-screen talent so they look and feel their absolute best
6. On screen talent should not shoot longer than 3 hours
